BAKER / WOHL ARCHITECTS, as prime consultant to Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC), led a team of professional architects and engineers in the successful adaptive reuse of an 80,000 SF mixed-use, National Historic Register building into a vibrant commercial center near the heart of Jamaica Plain. BWA provided full architectural services for extensive renovations for tenant fit-out, office space, and recreation facilities. BWA worked with JPNDC to achieve tax credit financing.
